We are not a government agency and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or school admission. The final decision rests solely with the Government of Canada or the respective educational institution.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate, honest, and complete information during consultations and application reviews. Any misrepresentation or omission may result in application refusal by Canadian authorities, for which ARTSEN GLOBAL is not responsible.

4. Fees and Refunds

All service fees are clearly communicated prior to engagement. Payment is required in full before services are rendered. Our refund policy allows for rescheduling up to a specified time window prior to a session; however, there are no refunds after consultation delivery or service commencement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of ARTSEN GLOBAL. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
